Updating your publications from Scopus
SciVal Experts automatically builds robust expertise profiles using a multi-step process. The first part of our process is an
automated step to match publications to authors from Scopus© (read more).
Here we prefer to only include publications that we
can confidently associate with you rather than potentially assign papers that you did not author. The next part of the process
is a manual review of the computed profiles by Elsevier's trained quality management professionals. The quality management team
manually reviews the assigned publications and matches other papers that may not have been assigned automatically in step 1.
While this two-step approach assures a very high level of quality, your input is always welcome to help us refine your Scopus
publication list. If your Scopus publications seem to be missing, or if you wish to request any additional changes to your list,
please contact us and we will address your inquiry promptly.

Adding more information to enhance your profile
We recognize that matching your Scopus publications may only represent one portion of your professional accomplishments, so SciVal Experts
lets you add additional content to your profile that you might find on a curriculum vitae or a biosketch. The fields
available to you have been configured by your organization, feel free to add as much or as little content as you would like.
