Joseph G Ibrahim (Lead Principal Investigator)
Dr. Ibrahim will work with Dr. Debajyoti Sinha at the Medical University of South Carolina on this grant. He will be heavily involved in the methodological and theoretical development of the statistical models, prior and posterior distributions and model diagnostic techniques. He will also be involved in the computational aspects of these models including the development of Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithms to fit such models and their implemention in C using Adaptive Rejection Metropolis Sampling (ARMS).
