The primary objective is to evaluate the overall response rate of ofatumumab in combination with ICE or DHAP chemotherapy prior to autologous stem cell transplant. Secondary objectives are to evaluate the CR rate, ability to mobilize CD34+ cells, safety, tolerability, B symptoms, ofatumumab pharmacokinetics (PK), progression-free and overall survival in subjects treated with ofatumumab in combination with either ICE or DHAP.
