Why may your profile seem imperfect?
Elsevier employs a robust process to build high quality research profiles. The first part of our process is an automated step to ensure precise matching of publications to their authors. However, this step errs on the side of quality as the authors of some papers are ambiguous. We prefer to only include publications that we can associate to you with confidence rather than potentially include papers that you did not author. Hence, your profile may seem incomplete after this initial step. The next part of the process is a manual review of the data completed by Elsevier's trained quality management professionals. This step ensures publications are associated to the correct author. While this two step approach assures a very high level of quality, your input is always welcome to help us refine your profile.
